Cartref Glas offers a bright, thoughtfully designed space ideal for couples, families and small groups. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, modern décor and fast Wi-Fi. Guests love the peaceful setting, easy parking and convenient access to Swansea city centre and coastline

Make yourself at home in the cosy living area, complete with Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and two comfortable sofas — one of which converts into a double sofa bed for additional guests. The open-plan layout leads through to a bright dining space and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering stay in Swansea.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor, with fresh towels and essentials provided.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms:

  • Master bedroom with king-size bed and Smart
  • Second double bedroom with Smart TV

Both rooms offer plenty of storage and a peaceful place to unwind after exploring the city or working nearby.

Step outside to your enclosed private garden, perfect for morning coffee, relaxed outdoor dining, or letting your dog enjoy some fresh air. A seating area catches the morning sun.

Everything you could need available. Able to travel light as everything catered for . Lovely touch of tea ,coffee , breakfast and milk. Mike was very proactive. Arriving during a particularly cold 🥶 weather blast , he noticed that we were boosting the heating so ensured that timers and temperatures were reset without being asked .

We have just returned from a few nights stay at Mikes place. great location to walks on the doorstep, local area beautiful. The pub across the road was ideal and lovely food. The home was clean and had everything you could think of, even for the dog, a lovely welcome basket was a great treat. would highly recommend staying here, wouldn't hesitate returning. thanks for a lovely break away from the rat race!

Mike was a brilliant host and the cottage was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything inside had been really well thought out. The breakfast basket with milk and croissants was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.We’re looking forward to booking for another stay soon.

Couldn’t think of a better place to be based when in Swansea. Homely, warm and very welcoming home located in walking distance from everything. Amazing garden that I’m sure is lovely at Summer time. Look forward to staying again!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het blauwe huis aan de Williamstreet in Swansea! Het huis ligt ontzettend centraal met de Tesco om de hoek, het centrum en het strand vlakbij! We kwamen voor een optreden van Bob Dylan die maar liefst drie keren optrad in Swansea dit jaar! Misschien wel omdat gezegd wordt dat hij de naam Dylan heeft geleend van de beroemde dichter Dylan Thomas die het grootste deel van zijn leven in Swansea heeft gewoond en er geboren is. We hebben de beide Dylans gezocht en gevonden. Ondanks veel regen toch ook mooie wandelingen gemaakt tijdens de droge periodes tussendoor. En gezellig gehad in het huisje, spelletjes gedaan, films gekeken via Netflix op een mega televisie en lekker gekookt. Met de bus naar Mumbles en gegeten bij the George. Lieve mensen in Wales! Dank jullie hartelijk Simon and Lana!

An amazing well equipped cottage . As soon as we walked in we were blown away . It was exactly what saw pre booking , very clear instructions, including some laminated ones in the cottage . Easy to find , easy to park . Lovely pub just across the road , and short walk to all the village amenities. Mike was brilliant. Very proactive and very helpful. So much so , already booked for our next trip to Yorkshire.
